In 1998, the Tague family purchased C.H. Marshall’s Lumber in Media, PA. Expanding to the counties outside Philadelphia was a logical way to grow the company. Retaining much of the Marshall’s staff helped Tague quickly establish themselves in the Delaware County marketplace. As Tague Lumber, the Media location was able to successfully grow their customer base and bring new products to the region, all while continuing to service its existing customer base. It was the best of both worlds!
