Our Process:

  1.  Consultation
    We review your plans or photos and discuss the scope of the project.
  2.  Estimate
    You’ll receive a clear estimate outlining what is included.
  3.  Site Measure
     Once the estimate is approved, we take precise field measurements.
  4.  Shop Drawings
    Our team creates detailed CAD drawings for your review and approval.
  5.  Approval & Production
    After CAD drawings are approved, we begin production. Typical lead times range from 6 to 8 weeks but  may vary depending on the scope of the project.
  6.  Delivery
    Completed work is delivered to your job site or home.

Custom Mouldings:

Custom moulding projects follow a slightly different process:

  • If you already have a sample piece of the moulding, we use it to quote the job.
  • If no sample piece is available, we will trace the profile on-site.
  • We then check for an existing knife in our library, or create a new one by scanning and redrawing the profile in AutoCAD. Mouldings are run to your required footage and usually delivered within 1 to 3 weeks.

3-D Printed Custom Moulding Samples:

Need to see a small sample of a custom moulding profile before committing?

  • For a nominal fee, our enhanced 3-D printing capabilities allow us to offer full-scale sample profiles in 4″ lengths.
  • Turnaround for 3D printed samples is typically 1 week.
