How the Process Works
We begin by reviewing your plans, sketches, or inspiration photos to understand the scope of your project. From there, we follow these guidelines:
- Consultation
We start by reviewing your ideas, plans, or reference photos to understand your vision. - Estimate
Next, we provide a detailed estimate that clearly outlines what’s included. - Field Measure
After approval, we take precise on-site measurements to ensure accuracy. - Shop Drawings
Then, our in-house CAD team creates detailed drawings for your review. - Production
Once you approve the drawings, we begin production. - Delivery
Finally, we deliver the completed product directly to your job site.
Custom Moulding Services
In addition to windows and doors, our custom millwork services include custom mouldings designed to match your exact needs.
For example, if you have a sample, we match it directly for quoting. However, if no sample is available, we trace the profile on-site using moulding gauges. Next, we check for an existing knife or create a new custom knife if needed. Then, we digitize the profile using AutoCAD to ensure precision.
Typically, custom knife production takes about one week. After that, we complete and deliver most moulding orders within two weeks.
