Custom Wainscoting and Wall Panels

Wainscoting and wall panels add architectural depth, texture, and character to both traditional and contemporary interiors. Whether you’re designing a formal dining room, a grand entryway, or a modern feature wall, custom paneling creates visual impact while protecting walls from everyday wear.
Tague Lumber’s CNC router at our Custom Millshop allows us to fabricate raised and flat wall panels with exceptional precision.
Custom Wall Panel Designs & Architectural Detail
Every space has unique proportions and design goals. Our Custom Millshop works closely with homeowners, architects, and contractors to design decorative wall paneling that complements the surrounding trim, moulding, and millwork details. Whether you prefer traditional raised panels, flat contemporary profiles, or beadboard wall treatments, we can fabricate panel systems to your exact specifications.
Because our CNC equipment delivers precise cuts and repeatable accuracy, large-scale wall panel installations maintain consistency from room to room. This level of precision ensures clean lines, seamless transitions, and a finished product that enhances both craftsmanship and long-term durability.
CNC Fabricated Panel Systems
Our CNC equipment can create wainscot panels, beadboard, and “V” groove wall panels from a variety of materials, including:
- PVC (Kleer)
- MDF
- Stain-grade hardwood species
- The router can easily transform standard 4’ x 8’ sheets into seamless panel systems, reducing installation time and ensuring consistent profiles throughout the project.
MDF wall panels can be sanded and painted to closely resemble natural wood. With fewer seams and joints to separate, installation becomes easier and turnaround times are faster — saving both time and labor costs.
Interior and Exterior Panel Applications
In addition to interior decorative wall paneling, our CNC router can fabricate raised or flat panels from AZEK or Kleer PVC for exterior use. These synthetic materials resist moisture, rot, and insect damage, making them ideal for outdoor architectural applications.
From traditional wainscoting to modern wall panel systems, we work with builders, remodelers, and designers to create custom solutions that meet both aesthetic and performance goals.
